The Opportunity
We are hiring Sales Development Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for finance leaders evaluating Elements. This fully remote role offers a strong path for professional growth and direct impact on company pipeline creation.
What You’ll Do
Execute outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
Run discovery calls to qualify prospects and identify pain points.
Research accounts and tailor messaging for finance executives.
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in the CRM.
Provide market feedback to sales and product teams.
Thrive in a remote, asynchronous environment with autonomy.
Who We’re Looking For
Confident initiating conversations and engaging prospects.
Driven by targets and motivated to exceed pipeline goals.
Able to understand and explain financial concepts clearly.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Experience in sales or customer‑facing work is a plus.
Background in B2B SaaS or Fintech is beneficial.
